Disorderly conduct must occur in a public place or a place where it can be witnessed by members of the general public. If you were INSIDE your own home and acted in a disorderly manner there probably would not have been grounds for arrest. However, the fact that it occurred outside, on your front porch, in view of any members of the passing public that mattered. It is doubted that you were simply politely "refusing to answer offcer's questions."
