First off system restore doesnt get rid of viruses all it does is not allow the virus to hide in a folder that wont let it be deleted, they like to hide in your driver folders which if you delete the virus system restore will " reinstall" it again on your system.

What you need to do is turn off system restore run several free versions of anti virus's like trend housecall, avg, nod32 all free versions (well nod wants you to pay after word lol) then delete all the files they find or quarentine them depending on what the program has done now restart your computer in safe mode with networking (press f8 over and over again once you click resart) now run your avg antivirus again to make sure it is gone, then empty your recycle bin and I like to run avg again then reboot the computer and turn system restore back on, i hope this makes sense :)

How do you remove the Trojan horse downloader. agent. AS?

Search for the virus with an antivirus program such as AVG. Once I ran the antivirus, I discovered that the path to the virus led to a file named polmx2.exe. Since this particular file was not a system file, I knew that it was okay to just delete it. Make sure you turn off system restore so the trogan horse will not be backed up in system restore. After the virus is deleted and no more are detected, be sure to turn system restore back on.

How can you remove clickmanu virus?

Try disabling system restore from the properties of My Computer. Reinstall your virus scanner, make sure you have the most updated pattern file and then run a full scan on your system. Not sure if this will work for everyone. Worked for me

If you delete the virus what happen the virus?

When you delete a virus from your system, it usually cannot run anymore because it's removed from the system. In some cases, the virus will have several files running at once, which can actually restore files you delete if you don't make sure they aren't running. That's why it's a good idea to use an antivirus program, which can do all this for you so you don't have to spend lots of time trying to rid yourself of a virus like that.

What is Runtime Error 216 at 51f29FF6 This appeared soon after I switched on my Laptop?

This message means your laptop has been infected with a SubSeven Trojan virus.  What you want to do is update your virus protection program, or have one installed, and run the virus program.  This should rid your laptop of the virus.  I know in Windows XP, they recommend you turn off the System Restore before running virus protection programs.  Not sure in any other version of Windows.
