How can you clean used vegetable oil?

You can either filter it, and convert a Diesel truck to run on it. (just Google it there are plenty of sites that will give you a "how to" on doing it)

OR you can make biodiesel if you have a TON of oil and dont want to bother converting your Diesel vehicle to run on it.

OH and there's secret option 3, you could just throw it out or burn it.

I would recommend filtering it through cheesecloth, or a coffee filter, and then storing it in an empty plastic container like the one it claim in. You don't want to reuse it too many times, or it can go bad and make you sick. You shouldn't use the oil if it's unusually thick or dark, or smells bad.

I use one of those gold metal filters that come with nicer coffee makers, and run the oil through it. You can buy these filters separately. (They're actually screens, not filters.)
