You tap the settings button at the bottom of the screen (the mini DS) and you go to the wrench. Then you click on the icon that looks like the earth and you tap the English button and the language is changed!

Yes. Every opening and closing song is subbed, rather than dubbed, to preserve the song. You can typically find these subs at the bottom of the screen or wherever the translations are on the screen; the English and Japanese lyrics.
To translate a film orally would be dubbing. "The french film was dubbed into English." A film with another language in words at the bottom of the screen is "subtitled". "La Strada was subtitled into English."
Here Some instruction may be which will help you. 1) Turn off your car and turn it on looking for a button that says "English." Some cars will have an option to change language as soon as the car is turned on. 2)Look for Language button around the touch screen marked "LANG." Press for "English" on the touch screen. 3)Check , if your navigation system is a GPS system or a DVD system. 4)Take your car to dealer who is doing service your model of car.Some times they will reprogram computer.
This may be done through the settings on the main screen of the DVD you are watching. Under the setup options, you should see audio choices. If it's playing in a foreign language, you can switch it back to English.
