The easiest way is... In the center console below the park brake handle the plastic cover pulls up This gives you about a 3 inch window Directly below the cover there is a black box with two connectors Unplug the one on the right The seat belts should not work. If they still do unplug the right but be careful Sometimes the speedo doesn't work when they are unplugged. If thaT doesn't work you will need to remove the panels in the B pillar where the motors are for the belts and unplug them
