It is very likely not possible, and may cause death or injury to a cat. The only way to make this work is to put the fence charger so that it electrifies the car. The problem is that an electric fence works because current flows from the fence, through the animal, to ground. A cat will not typically climb up a car, he will leap onto it, and as such will never make a circuit between the car and ground, and so will never feel the fence charge. If a cat tries to hide under the car, the car will shock him, and he may panic and get himself trapped under the car, where he will be shocked repeatedly. A cat trapped in that sort of situation could end up dying from fear, and that would likely merit a visit from the local humane society.
Answer
Keeping the car in a garage or using a car cover would help keep the cats (and their paw prints) off of your car. If you cover your car, inspect it for a cat in the inner, working parts of the car before starting it up.
They were all copycats
Birds, snakes, cats
You can pull them, stuck in a fence, and or cut off.
you can put a collar on it or have a fence that they can't climb or you just keep the cat inside.
Erect a 4 inch high fence around you garden and buy a couple of cats
Have you ever tried standing on a fence? Cats will usually balance better because of their tail, but tailless cats can balance pretty well, too.
Yes: if it squirms, they will eat it. My chickens eat them.
There are multiple solutions to your problem. You could bring the cats and kittens to an animal shelter or build a fence.
Dogs hate cats because cats are stupid.
Obviously on cats body!
When cats scratch them self or rub on something they are leaving their scent to show that it is their property.
Not if they are all in your house. If you own a shelter or have a HUGE yard where you let them roam free with a fence, then probably.
