Unless you are an existing business that either: 1) is a not-for-profit, 2) is in a specialized industry and plan to use the money for a specialized purpose (think commercial fishing company looking to buy "dolphin friendly" nets), or 3) has been effected by a natural disaster (hurricane, etc.) You're simply wasting your time trying to get a grant.
