whut if you were in a bus accident and the bus didnt get the insurance information
Insurance follows the vehicle, not the individual. If someone else "causes" you to crash... then that individual could be held responsible. It is likely, however, that that person's carrier would deny coverage if the personal "intentionally" tried (and succeeded) in making you crash.
No i dont think because she was the one driving the car, i didnt mtter who it belonged to.
Yes as long as your policy has uninsured motorist coverage on your policy.
This really depends on the type of coverage you have with your insurance company. I know that you have to report everyone that lives in the house. If he lives with you and takes you car and you didnt report it then they will not pay for any of the damages occurred. I myself am covered when i use someone elses car weather they have insurance or not. But again you have to call to find out.
no you didnt
he didnt
Your car is not going to be repossesed because of your lack of insurance. However if you do not purchase insurance and provide a copy of your insurance to your lienholder, they will purchase it for you and send you a bill for it when you fianally pay off the loan. Keep in mind though, the insurance bought by the lienholder only protects the car from damage, it does not provide any medical coverage for you or your passengers, and does not provide and liability coverage if you are at-fault in an accident. Assuming you don't live in WI or NH you are required to purchase liability coverage to satisfy the state financial responsibility laws.
You can sue someone no matter what, but the thing is whether or not you will win the case in court. If you don't think you would win the court case if you sued someone, I don't suggest sueing.
You will most likely be charged with driving with a suspended licence. The owner of the car u were driving may get in trouble if he knew you did not have a licence and let you drive anyway, however if he didnt know you did not have one then nothing will happen to him. His insurance should (if he has insurance) cover the other guys car and his as well if he had full coverage.
yes my father in law just got kicked out cause he didnt have insurance
Its programmed into their GPS and is required by them to have there for you cant. Because when they didnt have it and someone wrecked their vehicle and because they didnt have warning do not operate gps while driving or something like that they had to pay huge chunk of money to that person. So from that point on they started this agree thing that you have to click that you are agreeing to use it when you are not driving and if you are using it while driving the responsibility is on you.
no she didnt
