There are several different Xbox 360 models but for the most part they all work the same so if you have a white xbox 360 all you got to do is keep it in a nice cold place for a couple minutes then give as much rest as you can then come back when the system cools down then when you turn it on it should work. To avoid red rings i recommend you buy colling vents for your xbox :)
