It will depend on what its doing along with what might be bad.........
Check the fuse first...
Check to make sure that you have both power and ground going to the blower motor..
It so then the blower resister, blower switch and wire harness.....
Replace the blower motor resistor.
The blower motor speed resistor is burned out.
I would look into the blower motor resistor module
I have an 05 impala and had problems with the speedometer and fuel gauge. The only way to fix it was to replace the whole instrument cluster. Pretty easy to do, only took about 45 minutes.
It is either the blower motor control switch or the blower motor resistor pack. More than likely it is the resistor pack. It must be replaced or just live with it until it fails completely.

Recommend you check the blower motor resistor.
It's located up inside of the blower motor housing under the dashboard. I also have included a link to a video that will show you how to get to the resistor and also the tools that you will need for the job.
There is not much you can do with a bad balancer other than replace it with a new one.
