How can you fix the taillights in your 1991 F-150 if you changed the fuses and the bulbs and that did not work?

it sounds like to me, the is a wire shorted out some where, have someone MASH the brake while you use a test light to see if its getting power, try at fuse box too.. if the test light does not come on either way, you have a wireing problem, or a shorted out wire. you might have to go to a junk yard to get another wireing harness. let me know if that helps you in any way... fordman07
