I doubt you can stop it, but you can go to the BIOS setup and look at the settings without changing anything. I think holding the F8 key early in the boot process takes you to the BIOS setup.
Or you could try taking a picture or video of it.
Unplug the keyboard before you start the computer.
you press F2 and hit PAUSE. (SPAM PAUSE for better results)

They are the manufacturers of the BIOS that your computer has.
Through a series of audio beeps, different numbers of beeps mean different errors depending on your bios manufacturer.
Information for BIOS: the active partition is the partition from which an operating system (or another boot-loader) should be boot-loaded.
BIOS is short for basic input-output system - some simple instructions permanently stored in computer ROM. In other words, the instructions are available before the computer loads information from a hard disk or similar.
BIOS = Basic Input Output System CMOS = Copper-Metal Oxide Semiconductor BIOS is the interface which is built-in to a computer system's firmware used to configure the computer system hardware in very basic ways. BIOS can be used to enable or disable hardware integrated into the motherboard such as IDE controllers, USB hosts, audio controllers, video, and more. It is often accessed by pressing F2 during startup, but this can change from manufacturer to manufacturer. CMOS is a type of circuitry often powered by a battery which allows the information in BIOS to be stored. If the CMOS battery is drained or removed all the system configuration data in BIOS will be reset to factory defaults every time the computer is shut off. These small batteries are also commonly used in calculators, hearing aides, and wristwatches. Due to the close relationship between the BIOS and the CMOS in the computer system, the two phrases are often incorrectly used as synonyms for each other. Some users will refer to opening the BIOS menu as "going into CMOS" or replacing the CMOS battery as "fixing the BIOS battery." However, none of this is seen as grammatically incorrect in common day-to-day conversation.

The AMI or Award BIOS id appears at the bottom of your screen after power on, during memory count up. The PAUSE key should work at that point, allowing you to write down the BIOS number, the BIOS date, and the version. You must copy it exactly. Another (easier) way to get the Award/AMI BIOS ID is by downloading the BIOS Agent Plus software which will scan your PC and return your BIOS ID among other hardware information.

Yo need a new SATA drive to make a splash screen after your BIOS splash.
U cant
One solution would be to do a low level harddrive format via the BIOS. The BIOS screen is accessible during POST. Check the documentation of your computer to determine the key to press when the computer is powered up. DW
If you're not even getting the normal startup information about the bios, and you're not getting any "beep codes" during the "power on self test" (POST) then there is a problem with the motherboard.
If your computer's splash screen can be modified (turned off or on) this setting is going to be found in the BIOS. You will have to consult information for your specific manufactuer to see if the splash screen can be turned off or on. Most can be, a few cannot.
You need to enter setup on bootup, and it will be displayed. When the computer boots up, it usually shows on the screen, if you can read it fast enough?
