you can not it is imposible to get 1000000 coins on Animal Crossing in seconds but you can get a couble of thousands by getting the fruit and shell and selling them at the shops (tom nooks) and he will exchange them for money. But you can get 99,999 coins. What you have to do is.... 1. On your DS settings, change the year to 2000.
2. Then, go onto Animal Crossing. Before you pick which character to play with, click on the phone. Once again, change the year to 2000.
3. Then, pick your character and go to the town hall.
4. Put 50,000 coins in your savings and then save and quit the game.
5. Turn on the DS and go back to animal crossing. Once again, before you pick which character to play with, click on the phone. Change the date 3-6 days forward. E.g. If it is 6th July, you could change the date to 10th July.
6. Pick your character and wait until the game has loaded and you are outside your house. Then, save and quit the game.
7. Turn the DS back on and go to the DS settings. Change the year to 2099.
8. Go into Animal Crossing. There should be a letter in your mailbox from the town hall. It should say that you have got 99,999 coins in interest.
9. Now you have the money. If you want, you can save and quit the game and go back to DS settings to correct the year etc. It will not get rid of the money.
10. This really does work. I have tried it and it worked first time.
