If you use it 24/7. Personally, it doesnt work. I've tried it if before for about 3 weeks.. all it did was make my arms sore. I would stick to the gym bro.
your doing the right exercises but you should only work those chest muscles twice a week and you want to lift heavy weight to promote muscle growth.
To build muscles on your upper body, you have to keep lifting weight and press up for at least four times in a week
Depends, if you have alot of body fat it will take longer to see the results because they will be hidden under the fat. If you are lifting heavy weights and do less reps, i belive it builds muscle and body mass quicker than doing less weight and more reps. simply because you are putting stress on the muscles and the muscles grow bigger to be able to cope with the stress. However it's advised you change your workout every 2 months, because when your muscles had fully adapted to the stress they will stop growing. 1-2 Months of heavy weight lifting and you should be able to see some nice results.
Not much, but you will have increased your stomach muscles. Exercise does contribute to weight loss, but it also depends on what and how much is eaten, too.
Without any time limit, I suppose you could lose hundreds of pounds over 10 or 15 years. (Gaining the weight back, then losing it again.) Otherwise, it depends on your beginning weight, and how well your muscles are toned up. (You can lose more weight with strong muscles than with flabby muscles.) The safe limit, in any case, is no more than 3 pounds of fat loss per week.
This is because you replace fat tissue with muscles. Muscles are heaviest than fat. Energy provided by fat burning, plus asimilation of food incease muscle mass. During following sessions of exercise, when major fat mass in consumed, your excercise begins to burn muscles, then you lose weight.
If you have just started working out/ or haven't exercised a lot before, you gain weight because you're muscles start growing, which increases you're weight.
No it doesn't. You MUST give your body a rest in between workouts. DO NOT weight lift more than 4 days a week. go for max WEIGHT/INTENSITY not reps/days of working out.
Yes. Especially muscles in your shoulders.
It isn't about the total amount, but about how many you do consistently, each week. Lighter weight with more repetition makes you stronger.
You can only shake the Rox Tree once a week. Also, if you shook all the Rox Trees and you logged out, log in again to shake it one more time. This only occur once a week.
You may lose weight for a while as fat is burned off. then you put on weight due to your body developing more muscles, which are denser and heavier than fat.
