If you are not already fit, three days is not enough time to get there. You can't. You can certainly go long way toward fitness in a few weeks, but it isn't something that will happen in a couple of days. And if you overwork yourself for a couple days, you are likely to be in worse shape than if you had done nothing. A good start would be a good 30 minutes of aerobic activity every day, walking briskly, running, swimming, bicycle or treadmill. It can have positive effects such as droppoing your blood pressure and improving your hearbeat in a couple of days.
That depends on many things like level of fitness, amount of willpower, desired level of fitness, equipment available and time available. Importantly, it also depends on what sort of fitness is desired (long-distance running 'fitness' depends a lot on stamina, whereas squash depends on 'fast-twitch' muscle mass).
The simple answer is to go for a run every other day, and maybe do some recreational sports like Basketball or football.
For long-distance running fitness:
If you can run 1km before getting out of breath, then run 1km, walk for about 5 minutes to get your breath back, then run another 800m. Walkfor 4 minutes and run 600m. Walk for 3 minutes then run 400m. Walk for 2 minutes then run 200m. (Obviously, if you can run 2km then double the lengths, 500m then halve them etc.)
For sprint fitness:
Sprint intervals - sprint 60m, jog back at about half the speed. Repeat this until even when you push yourself you can only manage about 2/3 of your top speed.
For travel purposes. Monday and Thursday are the travel days and 3 game series fit into this.

You don't. Two days is just too short for the biochemical changes that makes a person "fit" to happen.

Percocet is an opiate and opiates stay in your system for 3-4 days with regular use so you should be good in a day or 2 if you only took one. depending on your metabolism and how much you weigh(if your fat) it will stay longer but you should be fine if your a regular/ fit person in a day or 2.
