Sadly, you cannot. you have to log on to xbox live to be able to download xbox original or arcade games. you can however buy xbox original games as long as you have a hard-drive.

But, if your asking can i play my game on live without being conected to live then no off course not. Also some games allow you to play games that are live games but you don't have 2 be on live so you can play some live games without being on live but you won't beable to play against acual people or talk to anyone.
