Honestly, injections. Start young so they don't have a chance to form much. But get less than the standard amount or you'll look ridiculous! Now, since I can't afford that, I have to depend on moisturizers. I use retinol at night ONLY, and a moisturizer with Vit C, Hyalronic acid, and antiosidants during day. When at home, I also add a heavy VICHY cream from CVS for the moisture. And I constantly use DCT lip balm (in little round jar) and I let it overflow onto my upper lip a bit.

- It may be applied a filler injection that will even up the wrinkles
- It may be used a "Russian Thread". This is a thread with gripping areas that is inserted under the skin with a small orifice and is used later to pull the area as a lift would do
- It may be executed a partial lift
There are some other good products out there that are less invasive than surgery, but they are not a permanent solution (works only when you apply it.) Two that are very good are, 'd Distinction' made by OneWorldLive, Los Angeles, California and the other is any product (at your cosmetic counter in most drugs stores) that has a Botox base. You rub it on your upper lip (do not get any in the mouth) and hold lips still for 1 minute and then reapply once more and do the same thing. This will get rid of those lines for approximately 8 - 12 hours.
extra fact: NO JOKE! when you young...and if you eat apple skin, you will have less wrinkles when you are older
