Easy, Set A long breaker bar or torque wrench on the bolt with the bottom of the handle secured on the ground . crank the engine for a second , and whammo, that will loosen the bolt. The engine spins clock wize and the bolt will be stopped and it will be forced to loosen. done this on many avengers and seabrings. =)
The crankshaft is in the lower part of the block. The connecting rods, flywheel, and crank pulley all bolt to it.
You need to use a puller tool. The trick is not to pull against the stamped center of the damper that looks like a washer. You need to thread the crankshaft bolt out a bit and push against the bolt head.

may be on the top where the transmission bell housing connects to the engine. just above and left of the oil filter if looking from underside of engine. it has a 10mm bolt holding it in. sometimes have to pry and twist to get out.
Start by disconnecting the negative battery cable at the battery. Remove the radiator. Remove the drive belts and crankshaft pulley. Remove the Vibration Damper (Harmonic Balancer) bolt. Use a puller and remove the Vibration Damper. Reverse these instructions to reassemble. (Tighten the Vibration Damper bolt to the correct torque)
Try turning it by hand with a socket over the crankshaft damper bolt and use a breaker bar.
The computer control idle speed through an idle stepper motor on the back of the throttle body. If idle speed is incorrect you either have a mechanical, sensor, actuator or computer issue.
