Laptops do not have an AOSS button they are only on routers. If you have a direct cable connection to your laptop you have to get a router to go online with you PSP. If you have a router you can just go to the internet browser, scan, find your router and if included type in the password.
If you're PSP can run homebrew, download the password retriever in related links. Otherwise there seems to be almost no ways to retrieve the password.
