Exercise. I already assume you're eating right, so just do some toning exercises, low weight, very high repetition: such as running, cycling or any of the other exercises that seem to make you sweat a lot without lifting a lot of weight. Notice the long distance runners and cyclists are all slim. They eat anything they want and don't seem to gain weight. There is a lesson in that for all of us who tend to be overweight; exercise is more important than diet if you want to stay/get slim.
