You can't. You need fabric paint for fabric.
Water based paints, water colour paint even.
Warm water is a better cleaner because cold water fuses the stain even more so to the fabric, where as warm water draws the stain away from said fabric.

Vicuna fabric is very rare and expensive. As is silk, or even cashmere. However, the softness of a fabric is dependent on who makes the fabric and how it is made.
Watercolor paints only work on paper because the paper is able to obsorb the water and grasp the color. The paint will easily peel off even for decorative porposes. Even if watercolor would stick, it is very thin paint and would barely be able to be seen.
They have been chosen and formulated so as to remain uniform. Compare with paints, where it is exceptional to avoid mixing before use.
This may have been the case once upon a time. However today the quality of acrylic paints is far better then it has ever been. Acrylic paints adhere better to the job and are far more flexible for a longer period of time. Even the gloss paints are becoming very good.
