No, you cannot, under Article IV Section I of the US Constitution is the Full Faith and Credit clause. Each state must respect the judicial precedings of each other state. If you're suspended in one state, you're suspended in all.

Absolutely! I just went through HELL from getting a ticket in South Carolina with a Georgia License. SC, (while still trying to invent the wheel), credited my cashier's check to someone else. They notified GA that I had not paid, GA suspended me, and since I had moved to NC (which is why I was speeding through SC, trying to get away from GA) I had no clue my license was suspended until I changed insurance companies. It took me 3 years to finally get it all worked out.
The best way to get Insurance on the car is to first go Get a Valid Drivers License. Driving on a supended license is illegal. Driving with no license is also illegal. Trying to obtain Auto insurance seripticously is also illegal except that after you defraud the insurance company you will have graduated to a Felony Fraud Offense. Ever heard of the Bus?,, What about this. Ever heard of a Taxi Cab.? Your license was already suspended because you broke the Law in some way. Maybe when you get pulled over this time for driving your fraudulently insured or uninsured vehicle on a suspended license. You'll get some jail time hunh. If you have the money to buy a car then you obviously had the money to work on getting your license re-instated. You have therfore made a decision to continue breaking the law and will likely be putting other legal drivers at extreme risk.

If you are looking for different things to sexually excite your partner, try talking to your partner. Only they know best what they enjoy or may have an interest in trying with you. Trying new positions is a good start.
They're all separate from each other, but they all share information with each other. So, if you have a suspended license, they're going to see that, not to mention you have to be a resident of the state you're trying to get a license in, and also that, when a state suspends your license, they also suspend your driving privilege in that state, as well, so you can't drive in that state on any license until that gets reinstated.
