Maybe self-discipline is not your strong side? If so, you can easily take advantage of this by wasting all your money on something nice but inedible. Depending on your interests and economy, this can be anything from vehicles, designer jeans, expensive jewelry or computer hardware. Or any combination thereof. There is no such thing as spot reduction. Just eat less crap (fast food, junk food, etc), eat a healthy amount of food to avoid starving yourself, and do lots of exercise, namely cardio and aerobics.
