You can't. You can have three species of a canine, but not a dog. Now, you can have three /breeds/ of a dog, but there is a difference in breed and species.

Species implies it is another organism all-together and not really related. All dog breeds, however, are very closely related. A chihuahua is more related to a great dane then a wolf is to a great dane. That's because chihuahua and great danes are both breeds of dogs, while a wolf and a great dane are different species.

If you're asking to get different breeds, then it's pretty simple. Just get one dog like you would any other, but you have to keep in mind that some Dog Breeds shouldn't be compatible. You don't want to get two dogs who are usually highly territorial in the same house, trained or not. Having three very hyper breeds that need a lot of excersize can be very stressfull and tiring.
