Do military presses or incline bench those work your shoulders good. Do 3 sets of each 8-10 reps

EDIT: Do a variety of shoulder, bicep, tricep and forearm activities. NOT exclusively chest presses.

Get yourself a bull trainer if you want to do it at home, also called a power trainer. It is resistance training so the best for strength and there is about 20 variations that all work the shoulders as well as arms. Handstand push ups are also good if u have the balance. using weights and doing arm abductions is also good.

Muscle/weight training. Specifically, you need to do Military presses with a bar bell. Lateral raises with the dumbells. Rowing machine exercises and Bent Over Rows. These exercises will make your shoulders big. Be Careful, too much weight and stress can damage your shoulder joints.
