I would not do that if I were you. Jamming radio frequencies is a serious violation of Federal Law. Many police scanners operate on the same frequencies as EMS, Fire, and other emergency services. If you jam the neighbors you would jam the emergency personals as well.

You couldn't without also jamming regular police communications. I doubt they would have much problem locating your jammer, then you would be in big trouble.
