milk is a colloid because:

it is stable in nature.

it appears as homogeneous but is actually heterogeneous

size of particle is 10 raised to the power -7 to 10 raised to the power-9

filtration cannot take place in milk

centrifugation can take place in milks

though it appears like a suspension(mean opaque) but it is not really opaque it is translucent

hope it helps
