There are special hair products that will specialize on that. L.A looks has a gel that is made to hold your hair up in a ponytail or if you curl it and you don't want the to come out. It is called WET LOOK. I have heard of pomades that do make your hair look wet but it isn't too. I don't know of any specific brands but there are some out there. I would Google it.
