call the dealer and give them your vin number and ask them if the problem is covered
No you cannot sue unless it was sold with a warrenty.
i purchesed a certified pre-owned vehicle 8 weeks ago, paid for a extended warrenty. now vehicle is having computer/electronic processor problems not covered under warrenty. what can i do??
This is a tuff question considering the fact that you didn't find out about this problem until two years after you brought the car. If you have a warranty that is still in effect check to see if this type of thing is covered under the warrenty. Also, take the car back to the dealer and let them know about the problem that you have discovered. Ask them to fix the problem and if they don't report them to the BBB.
Your car shouldn't need the headlights adjusted. But if for some reason it does that should be covered under the 3 year/36000 mile bumper to bumper warrenty.
As is means you are out of luck- no warrenty
No but it the problem continues you may have to work about a lemon on your hands I hope you have an extened warrenty
NO... You need to let the car insurance company know that you bought a new car.
the cost of the car without options but with standard equipment and factory warrenty
Your car may be covered from rat damage depending on your insurance policy. The only way to know for sure would be to contact your insurance agent
You should contact both the car dealer and the insurance company to make sure that you get your warrenty extended. However, you might have to pay an additional fee.
Yes, it should be no problem in the U.K. Your daughter can be on your insurance as a "named driver", it matters not if she lives at your address or not. I am a named driver on my mother in law's car, so in the event of her having a problem, I can drive her car for her.
Its final velocity, the distance covered.
