Unfortunately, there is no definite answer to this question. It really is a matter of personal opinion :D It can depend on the type of society you have been brought up.

Generally though, attractiveness is linked with good health, cleanliness and general well-being.

Therefore, to be 'attractive' basic things like cleaning your teeth, washing your hair and having a good Skin Care regime can help.

However, to some, attractiveness is about personality not looks; such as having a sense of humor, being kind but also being yourself.

Except but believe me in some times being too attractive isn't a mandatory just be hygenic about your lifestyle and many women like personality but that's just on occasions

Every person has a different opinion of what's attractive to them; therefore each individual may appear attractive or unattractive depending on the observer. Or as the saying goes "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder".

There are some qualities that are seen as universally attractive, such as happiness, confidence, authenticity, competence, capacity for fun, etc.

Signs that someone is attracted to you may include them looking you up and down (with approval), flirting, noticing little things about you (and pointing them out), staring with lovesick eyes, "accidental" touching (fingers brush against yours, etc), spending more time in your exclusive company, doing favors or going out of their way to help and of course, most obviously, just telling you they find you attractive.
