I am a Monavie distributor. It can be a little confusine at first but it is actually quite simple. The purple is just the regular Essential fruit blend which is for pregnant/nursing women and children. The green bottle is for active people or anyone who has any kind of joint pain. The red bottle promotes heart health and is proven to lower cholesterol. The yellow bottle is for immune support. And the white is Kosher. So it is up to you what you want to drink.
