Pegado - Stuck to something. The paper is stuck (taped) to the wall. Pillado - Mentally stuck and unable to think quickly (being caught in a lie).
A person could not live very long if they were stuck in cement. The cement would dehydrate a person rather quickly, which could kill a person.
Stuck? Answer I've been in that situation...not fun at all. Tell your friends, in a nice way, that it is between them and to please leave you out of it.
