The fused lead goes to the fuel pump relay in the relay center then to the fuel pump in the gas tank. The relay is operated by the engine control module computer
Locke it the under the j/b panel on the fuse holder

start---settings---control panel---power options or start---run then type in "powercfg.cpl" (without the quotes) and click "ok"

There are some outdoor lights, but you'll have to hook them up to solar power through by contacting a specialty panel supplier.
The easiest way is to reactivate the electronics by sending power through the cigarette lighter plug. There are adapters and jumper plugs available for this at any parts store. You can also access your fuse panel in the drivers foot well and add power through the panel.
At the left end of the instrument panel, there is the fuse panel cover. Open the drivers door and look about armrest height. It is fuse number 6. It could also be fuse number 32 which is for the front door lock switches.
