i wrestled in HS and College. I wrestled 95 lbs and twice a week lost 12 lbs for wiegh in.
My answer would be that one must determine to lose weight. Drink hot or cold tea with a little honey for nutrition. Maybe make a low calorie 3 bean salad. Make a cucumber, lettus,
tomato sandwich, toasted bread. Find an exersize you like. walk, run , bike, garden, cut grass, walk and talk with a new niegbor. get light plastic barbells and curl and or other lifts. Get someone to help you accountability wise and a lot of encouragement. Make it more long term than short. Begin to love the new nutritious foods you will eat. even if u begin 5 lbs a week for a period of time it is a start. Also i am struggling right now because my mother is buying high fat foods. Only have nutricious foods in the house. I u must treat your self go out to eat.

15 pounds in one week is too much. You didn't gain 15 pounds in one week, you can't lose it like that either.
- Eat healthier [Not so much sweets and sugar and more healthy things like vegetables and fruits]
- Exercise constantly [But not too much, you don't want to tire your body out!]
- Drink water instead of sugary drinks like soda, coffee, milk, and juice.
You don't it's unhealthy!

Forget it. It cannot be done unless you have heart disease and have 15 pounds of water built up in your chest and other places. Three pounds a week, with exercise, is the most that you can safely lose per week.
It depends on how musch excersise, u do. Or if you diet starting movday you will probably loose 4 or 5 pounds in the first week, keep on doing the diet! Ur skinny! I lost 15 pounds in 2 weeks! :D
You can drink alot of water , excierce and eat small portions

it depends on how much you eat and exercise if you eat chicken wings all week and dont exercise your going to gain but if you eat salad and exercise all week you can loose about 5 to 15

If you want pounds fast, drink muscle milk and don't work out. It's got like 1,000 calories every cup.
