There really isn't a way to lose that much in one day. And if you did, it wouldn't change your shape or figure. You need to lose weight at the same rate that you gained it, slowly and over time. Usually the first 5 to 10 pounds lost on a diet is going to be largely water weight. But dehydrating out over a gallon of water in 24 hours is not healthy and can cause complications.
If you feel any hunger pains just brush your teeth or eat a Listerine Breath Strip. Taking a shower also helps. If you absolutely have to eat then NO grain products whatsoever, only water-based fruits or cabbage.
Hope this helps!:) But this wont work in 2 days, it'll probably take 4 days to a week to effectively lose 10 pounds if you do it well.

To lose 10 pounds in two weeks means your average daily weight loss would be about three quarters of a pound per day. Since one pound of adipose tissue -- fat -- is equivalent to 3500 calories, you'd have to run a daily calorie deficit of 2500 calories. That's a bunch! Unless you are grossly overeating, eliminating that many calories from your daily diet will not be realistic, so you will need to increase your activity as well as reduce your intake. If you increase your activity by 1250 calories (or so) and reduce your intake by a like amount, you could achieve your goal.
It depends on how much you weigh
You can't!
