You cannot spot target to eliminate fat from your arms only. To reduce arm fat, you must reduce your total body fat. To do so, eat right and exercise. The American Heart Association recommends a bare minimum of 30-60 minutes of moderate cardiovascular exercise (jogging, biking, cycling) a day, most days of the week- and that's for everyone. 60-90 minutes a day of cardiovascular exercise are recommended for losing weight most days of the week- how much are you getting?
