Okay people who read this, you may really hate to hear the answer "diet and exercise" so I am going to give you a good thing to do to help you lose some weight! So, you need to get a journal and mark breakfast lunch dinner and snacks and weight on it. Then write down every little thing that you eat and, at the end of the day, at a consistent time each day, weigh yourself and see if you gained, lost, or stayed the same weight. Also, try to "work out" at least a little and set goals for yourself to eat a little less every day.

But if you really want to lose weight fast. Bike one hundred and fifty miles every week. About twenty a day would do.

And you should stop eating greasy foods and carbohydrates. Pretty much stay away from anything that includes high fructose corn syrup. As some studies have proven that high fructose corn syrup makes you're body ignore the 'I'm full!' signals, so you eat more.

Eat mostly fruits and greens. But if you're looking to gain muscle, too. You should eat a lot of lean red meat, or fish. To quicken your metabolism, you should it healthy, snack-like meals every three hours, and don't eat for three hours before you go to sleep.

And just take the stairs instead of the elevator. Walk your dog or take a walk with your kids. Be more active in life. :]
