Run 3 miles twice a day; morning and night, 5 to 6 days a week for 2 months. Eat the most in the morning and as the day goes on eat less and less. Don't eat anything past 7pm. If you do this you will see yourself morph into something beautiful. There is no easy or secret way. Good Luck!!!

Liposuction.
I'm a 34 waist and 46 hips and I am in a 12.
You might lose some inches on your hips using a treadmill but basically hips measurements are mostly about bones.
Have you tried a weighted hulahoop? It will slim down your waist, and for your hips...sit down and eat. JK JK
