Getting a flat stomach i really hard then everybody thinks. But i have followed 9 tips which my friend suggested to me and within in 1 month i have reduced much of my stomach fats. Today i thought of sharing these tips to all my reader
Here are some good tips:
1. Vary the food you eat (if you eat the same thing everyday, it isn't good)
2. Exercise for about 45-60 minutes a day.
3. Try out Wii Fit (I've lost 30 pounds using it!)
4. Have fruits and veggies!
5. Weigh yourself once a week and see how much you have lost.
6. Try not to stress out because stress is one reason for weight gain.
7. Be positive!
8. Lose wight with a friend (go out for a jog together or weight lift together)
9. Tell people about your sucess and they will encourage you more… Which will push you harder)
Spot reduction is not possible. You can not target just one part of your body and lose the extra fat in there.

Good Day!
pumping your arms
If you find it hard to lose weight in your arms, you may not be doing the right exercises. Also be sure to get enough protein and water in your daily diet.
It wont help lose weight but i could strengthen your arms =D
No, it builds up the muscle in your arms, but does not allow you to actually lose weight!
Muscle substitutes fat, lifting weights should help you lose weight from your arms
you arms will get fatter if you use a dumbell.
While you can not spot reduce your weight loss, you can tone up your arms by strength training- lifting weights and such. Do regular cardio, eat healthy, and you can lose weight everywhere.
Cut sugar from (or substantially reduce it) your diet, and you will lose weight from all sorts of places. My wife and I have both reduced our sugar consumption (as recommended by my doctor) and apart from losing weight from our tummies, my wrists and arms have become smaller, and my wife has noted her thighs and arms have also gotten smaller. Do some research on diet and sugar, and give it a try. You will be amazed just where you will lose weight from. Good luck.
Yes by burning all the fat off and working out your arms, legs and stability.
Well....the first thing you have to do is lose weigh...enough to where you can feel beautiful about yourself. Then once you have loss your ideal weight start working out at the gym. There you go in a matter of time you will have nice arms.
Reduce your total body fat. You can't selectively reduce fat in specific areas.
Technically, no. Only if you are walking around the mall for awhile, with loads of shopping bags on your arms!
