you just need to eat fruits and vegetables and rise..... but not the things like chocolate sweet honey.... you can eat but not a lot one chocolate, sweet or honey once a week that all you will get thin

Change your attitude about you and change your relationship with life (and food). Become obsessed about something - a hobby, a pursuit or an activity. Want to get really good at that thing. Go out more, socialise more, join a gym (but you don't have to go obsessively to it - instead enjoy it as a place to get fit and to meet nice people) and have fun. Sometimes let food be merely fuel for the thing you want to do next - rather than the thing you want to do next.

Realise every morning that you're a great person, that irrespective of what weight you hold at this moment, you are still a great person, with intelligence, a sense of humour and that these are the things that make you attractive and great to be around.

The good news with weight, is that it can be changed. So don't give yourself a hard time.

It is difficult to lose weight very fast and trying to do so at a rate of more than one or two pounds a week can be very bad for your health. Here's a plan you can follow to get in shape & lose up to 5 pounds in a week!

-run a mile-3 miles 5 days a week.

-if you can't run for a long period try walking at least 2 miles 5 days a week.

-cut back on those proportions! You don't need to eat 500 cal. a meal to feel full!

-NO FAST FOOD.

-try looking online for some low-cal. snacks that you can munch on every couple of hours.

-fruits & veggies have at MOST 20 cal. so eat up!

-don't deep fry everything!

-cut down on the sodium & butter, you don't need it all.

-20 lunges every other night really helps tone those legs!

It's proven that when people get bored, they eat. When people have nothing better to do, they eat. So when you're sitting in front of that tv, computer, or even reading a book try drinking water. If you're really going extreme it's proven that water fills you up so drink lots of water! Snacks like goldfish, chips, cookies, & candy are high in sugars and fats. Also, snacks like that can be addicting & hard to put down once you start.

If you go out to eat, go healthy, chew slowly. Most restaurants/fast food joints give you 3x more the proportions then you should eat. Chew slowly, taste the food, & when you do, the faster it becomes to stay full.

I have had some problems with my weight everyone was just so much thinner than me, and it was very hard feeling big and bloated. Let me tell you, there is no better feeling than being at ease with your body. To begin with, your body runs on a primary source- the food you eat. The fat you have is stored energy and it is a secondary source. So to lose weight really fast is too cut off the primary supply, so by basically not eating. Your body uses up all your stored energy. But to have a good body shape you have to firstly accept that you might be big boned or whatever, then exercise for at least two hours a day. Doing push ups or press ups or going jogging around the park or block. Use the car and public transport only when you need to and if you are hungry eat fruit or vegetables. Don't take any pill, as they pieces of commercial junk and probably really bad for weight loss so don't go there. You wont go anorexic: only thinner and make sure food becomes your primary source once you lose the weight and continue your exercise, unless you want the pounds to creep up on you again. I hope you learn to accept yourself if this doesn't work, and if you have a serious weight issue, ask the doctor before using this advice, and if you have things like, heart problems, back problems, or Diabetes, etc, etc.

You shouldn't even try. For a sustainable result the time you spend losing weigh needs to be comparable to the time you've spent gaining weight. Diets won't help in the long run, what you need is a lifestyle change. Give up sodas and everything deep fried, spend one hour each day doing something that gets your heart rate up. Aim to lose 1-2 lbs/week.

i personaly think every one is beautiful in their one way and hunny unless way 400 pounds i wouldn't complain i am 14 years old and when i stopped eating i lost 20 pounds in about 3 days but i was in huge pain it felt like my body was tairing its self apart and i don't think u want that to happen so just eaither walk and exersice eat less like in a resonable perporshon<-- i spelt wrong and maybe eat helthier and when ur bord go out side and just have fun and i garrenty all the guys or girls will be all on u) take it easy hun bye ==

Seriously, what she said. Anorexia nervosa is a serious disorder, and when 14-year-old girls want to be skinny, a lot of them develop something similar. However, true anorexia is caused by "I'm not perfect in any way", not "I want to be skinny." My best friend is anorexic and society has so many misconceptions about it. She struggles to eat popcorn, so it's hard enough without "anorexic" 14-year-olds reinforcing false stereotypes. You're beautiful how you are, so don't become anorexic.

Hey!! I had the same problem. I couldn't loose weight no matter what I tried. Finally, my friend told me to try fasting,which is not eating for a long time, like 6 days. You can loose up to 29 lbs. I did. Hope I could help:)

The way to get skinny very fast is to Drink A LOT of water soda only 1 cup of like Sprite for dinner but only like twice a week IF YOU WANT eat a bowl of cereal everyday for breakfast even if something taste good to you like say a piece of chocolate cake say wait what am i thinking I have to force myself not to eat this but still you can eat just a very skinny piece and if you want to eat a snack ever day go ahead the only way is only 1 snack a day like say Chocolate Chip Cookies eat soft batch 3 or 4 a day after lunch eat by order

1. Breakfast (Bowl of any kind of cereal)

2. Lunch (Noodles, Sandwich, Hot dog, anything!)

3. Snack (Cookies, Nutella, anything.)

4. Dinner (Anything your mother, father, grandma, aunt, uncle, you make!)

I am a 10 years old little girl and this is how I lost weight really fast like that (finger snap) I know if I could do it you can do it to! Thank you for reading and I hope you do it (And by the way this will take like a week so that is fast!)
