You need to healthy food stay active if you dont go jogging at the gym then run ate home or around the block.

By doing regular gym and weight strength exercises, I can easily lose many kilos of my body weight.
There are many good gym classes to lose weight, as sport is positive in general. Some specific gym classes are spin, body pump, pilates and always cardio exercises.
All gyms have programs designed to help you lose weight. For convenience, choose a gym that is easy for you to travel to, then ask the gym if they can recommend a personal training specifically for weight loss.
How you eat, IE. how many calories and the proportion of carbs, proteins and fats is more important when you're trying to lose FAT than exercise. (I don't like to use the term 'weight' because its ambiguous. You can lose water weight just by reducing your carb intake and you don't want to lose muscle weight.) But increasing your activity level (the gym) certainly fires up your metabolism burning more calories and facilitates FAT loss.

I think you meant "how do "I" lose weight without my parents knowing?" My first question would be, why can't your parents know that you want to and/or trying to lose weight??
Not unless you work out the whole 24 hour day.Are you that serious about losing weight? ;)
Just take them to the gym if they need to lose weight.
