Losing a lot of weight fast is not healthy. Trying implementing a mixture of diet and excercise. Too lose weight, consider the fact that the number of calories consumed has to be less than the number of calories burned. O not do anything extreme as this can harm your health and you will also gain the weight back quickly.

This isn't always true you can lose 40 pounds in a month if you stick to it When I was on weight watchers I was able to lose 10 pounds in a week. But my greed didn't allow me to stick to it. If you eat right and excercise away the calories you've eaten you can lose the weight fast.

I don't stick to my excercise more than two weeks that's my problem.
