If it is any kind of fitted hat and there is a sticker on it, I wouldn't recommend pulling it off. If it is not a fitted hat, I'd recommend taking the sticker off if there is one.

Shoes that are more form-fitted to one's feet, like Pumas and New Balance shoes, or flats in general, make feet look smaller.

No a mans hat size is measured in inches and is universal to all hats.
Try wearing a hat, that may help (or just make it worse), or just forget about it.
To shrink my hats i pull out the loose thread
they measure the head of the consumer. pretty sure it is around the forehead and how 'thick' you're head is, depends what kind of hat you are getting. :] get a top hat.
