Mainly fat cells and glands that produce milk.
No, it is not bad for you. It is a very good static core conditioning exercise to do.
Other than surgery the only way to decrease your breast size is with weight loss. They are mostly fat tissue and breast tissue, and weight loss will help some. A good sports bra that has 2 separate cups will give you the most support while exercising.
For day-to-day wear, minimizer bras hold everything in.
== == * If a person is over weight and goes on a healthy diet then yes, this can certainly reduce breast size. If the person in question is not over weight and has large breasts then breast reduction surgery is the only option. This problem should be discussed with your doctor. Large breasts can cause many problems such as: *# Upper back pain *# Neck pain *# Shoulder pain *# Breast pain *# Rashes under the breasts *# Shoulder grooving due to bra straps *# Arm pain Other problems related to excessive breast size may also improve with reduction surgery: * *# Restrictions in physical activities, such as exercise, due to your breast size *# Self-consciousness about your breast size *# Breast size that varies significantly from side to side *# Emotional stress, teasing, and feelings of embarrassment *# Difficulty finding bras or clothing which fit * There is only one way to decrease the actual volume of breast tissue, and that is through weight loss. If you are overweight, this is your best option. If not (or if you are one of those lucky people who loses weight everywhere BUT the chest), you can try a minimizing bra. Literally, called a minimizer. You can find them in any dept store. My favorite is made by a brand called Lillyette. These are made to make your breast appear smaller (and as a welcomed side-effect, they give a nice boost). == == * Diet? If you lose weight your breast size will also reduce. If you are carrying excess weight everywhere it will also be in your breasts too, but there are many "skinny" girls with large breasts so that blows that theory. Further it depends on the age of the person asking the question. If you are in menopause, it is natural for your breast to develop, to get larger. The only thing I can suggest, is exercise to sculpt and shape the breast, and perhaps reduce their size or, watch your diet; try to watch things with synthetic hormones added; like meats and dairy products. Try to stick to a vegetarian more pure diet. That should help. good luck and remember we are all beautiful in a variety of shapes sizes and colors... someone else with small boobs might wish they had larger etc... just love yourself! peace : ) * No there isn't. If a woman has extremely large breasts AND ONLY IF it's bothering her back from the strain then surgery for reduction of breasts can be recommended by your doctor. Wear a bra all night, but wear it tight, There are natural products on the market for breast reduction, but there is no independent evidence available on whether or not they are effective. It depends when are you left hand.
$4000- $7000 average or higher.
Some insurance companies do cover breast reduction surgery. You have to contact your insurance provider and ask for details or if you go to your family doctor/chiropractor they can let you know your options and write you referrals for the insurance company. I had reduction surgery and my insurance (Blue Sheild PPO) covered all of the costs for the reduction, both my chiropractor and surgeon wrote letters of recommendation along with pictures to back up their reasoning. I would contact your provider or doctor and go from there.
yes there is so weather you be male or female chin up! more exwsersize that slowely takes fat out the nipple and reducing nipple size also there are many herbs that can reuct the breast gland and nippels.
breast lifting is done with the laser bra. An internal bra created with the patient
You may not get large breasts simply because it isn't in your genes. Look at other family members like mom, grandma, aunts. Don't be fooled into taking any pill or using any creams, they don't work.
Just wait a while, and they will grow on their own. You must be patient, and remember that they do not define who you are. Be proud of your physical appearance and your personality. Doing anything with your hormones at this stage to increase the size of your breasts would be damaging to your overall development. Just hang in there, and be patient for now. Your breasts are still growing and your breasts will continue to grow slowly till you are 18 years old and sometimes till you are 21 years old.
You can enlarge the muscles under the breast tissue that may give the appearance of a slightly larger bustline and help to keep them from sagging. Any exercise for the pectoral muscles will do. Pectoral muscles are muscles that support the breasts so if you do them your breasts will get a somewhat lifted appearance. Other chest exercises will help to create a little more rounded look. The breast themselves, however, will NOT increase in size no matter what exercise you do.
There are many factors that influence growth of breasts. These include nutrition and genetics, both because of hormone stimulation. Breast growth is one of the important things that happens during puberty. The pubertal hormones produced by the pituitary gland (located in the brain and responsible for producing a variety of hormones), play a critical role. One of the earliest signs that puberty has begun is enlargement of the breasts as a result of increased production of ovarian estrogen stimulated by these pituitary hormones. Boys also often experience breast enlargement during the early stages of their pubertal growth spurt, but their breasts usually shrink in size after one or two years. As long as estrogen continues to be secreted in females, breasts will grow and/or maintain their size. Breasts may also enlarge slightly in women taking birth control pills or, after menopause, estrogen-replacement pills. Naturally, breasts enlarge during pregnancy as a result of marked increase in estrogen secretion. Girls with poor diets and weight loss may notice that their breasts get smaller. If these girls improved their nutrition, their breasts would enlarge to their previous size.
Mine was covered by my mothers health insurance. I had the operation in Delta, BC Canada by a woman named Dr. Sproule. The pain was horrible at first but I was back to myself in about 2 weeks. Once you get past the first 2-3 days it's OK. I basically went to my family doctor, got a referral, saw Dr. Sproule, and that was that. I lied and sais I had major back pain, turns out a couple months before the surgery I started to actually have back pain. I was 17 at the time and am now 25. It was the best thing I have ever done. And besides the medium scarring they look fantastic. I was a DDD and now I'm a small D Cup due to being slightly overweight (145 lbs). Right after the surgery I was a C and they didn't move. It was like having implants. They were perfect. I didn't have feeling in the nipples for the first 6 months but it's all back to normal. I was told that I can also breast feed. There have been alot of advances to the operation since and now I think the procedure has minimal scarring and would be much less invasive. I also read somewhere to operation is about $5,500.
Cost for surgery at Penn Hershey Medical Center = approximately $4,000 $900.00 El Salvador
without making any assumptions, most exercise that works to decrease your bodyfat will decrease your breastsize somewhat as you shed bodyfat. If you are already lean and toned then it is probably genetic and somewhat beyond your control by natural means.
The size of your breasts must have a negative effect on your health. ie bad back, hampered breathing.
No sorry but there isn't. Don't have surgery for cosmetic reasons, it is not worth risking your life. If you look at some of the post reduction pictures, all of them have ugly scars on their boobs that don't go away. Just like any other type of large incision on the skin, it leaves scar tissue. The scars may fade a little over time, but you will never have perfect skin again.
You should be happy that you are blessed with what you have. If you are having pain it is probably because of not having a properly fitted bra. I know women that are bigger than you, and have absolutely no back pain, because they wear a bra with the correct support for their size. If most of your bust weight is supported by the shoulder straps, instead of the band, then you are wearing the wrong size bra. Once you are in the correct size you will realize that your breasts are perfect the way they are.
I was a 36 E (I think this translates to a 36 DDD) and then some I actually was popping out of this cup size, couldn't find a bra to fit me after that point. I am now 5 weeks post operative from a reduction and even with the few complications I had I wish I had done it sooner. It took me a year to decide to have surgery when the doctor told me there was no other way to make them smaller even weight loss wouldn't do much...If you asked me 10 years ago I would probably say surgery wasn't for me, but I now have changed my mind on this.
Save your money that stuff doesn't work. The only way is to have a breast reducation.
I think you are really a 50 yo fat dude.
If. I loose weight do your breasts
Go to Wellcare.com. Search for a doctor. Even if you have another type of medicaid the plastic surgeon should take it.
Try pinching them together :)
There are some very effective and easy exercises that you can add to your exercise routine to help tighten your breasts. Swimming, whether as part of an exercise regiment or for relaxation, is actually a great exercise, not only for your cardiovascular system, but also it works on the pectoral muscles underneath your breasts. Firming up your pectoral muscles by doing push ups, forearm pulls or arm circles are all great exercises for tightening your breasts.
You can try losing weight - breasts are mostly made of fat and often are the first place a woman loses weight. The only other alternative is surgery.
About five pounds
