Historically there are numerous Musical Instruments that have been made by a vast collection of 'junk.' Just imagine the old original washing board - often found in some of the finest blue grass and Country Music. A bicycle was once used as a French horn and there are countless people around the world who have made string instruments from the most eclectic of items; A giant Tortoise, a stuffed Crocodile, Alligators, and in the sixties a funeral director made a string instrument from an oak coffin. I would suggest that your abilities to make a musical instrument out of something is only limited by the capabilities of your mind.
