If you are meaning to get 2 characters on the same acount, then in the email that it probably sent you ( sometimes it doesn't send it) has a link on it and that link should send you to a place where you can activate your acount. Once you activate your acount, you should be able to have up to 3 characters. If you want up to 6 you have to get a Dragon Amulet.
