How can you make pork from beef?

You can not directly make one from the other. Pork is the meat of a pig, beef is the meat of a bovine like a steer, cow, bull, or heifer. Two different animals cannot make the same meat.

You, however, can convert beef to pork. For example If you have beef and for some religious or cultural reason you were not allowed to eat the beef. It would be a simple mater of feeding the beef to the pigs who would thrive on it and then eat the pigs.
