How can you make your vision worse And give me some real answers. I'm doing a report about this and need help?

- You can make your vision worse if you play for hours Nintendo ds. When you do this, your eyes won´t react in the way they should because your eyes can´t go for near sight and far sight as fast as normal. The muscel, which does it, has problems changing ( that´s when your eyes are hurting when you will go from near sight to far sight ). The same happens when you play for a long time PC games.
- If you use glasses which have not your dioptrie, you can also make you vision worse.
- If you wear sunglasses with dark colours. The dark colour takes off half a dioptrie of your actually needed dioptrie, which makes the vision worse. The most people won´t notice that, but when they buy two glasses with the same dioptrie they might find out pretty fast.
- To buy glasses over the corner ( not made from an optician ). Those glasses are not quality glasses. It might happen that there isn´t the really needed dioptrie in them, even you can see with them.
- When you work for years at a microscope, you will have the same problem as if you would play for hours Nintendo. The muscle of the eye will have problems to work the way it should.

I have no idea what you just said.....but it probably has to be corrected if your vision is 20-70 or worse. Or they may tell you to drive safely.
