It would really depend on the question, and whether you are a Supervisor or not. Many questions do not require some of the following options (as they have already been completed)
Supervisors & Non-Supervisors:
Supervisors Only:
No, there is no badge for 1,000 contributions. There is a badge for 500 contributions (Bronze) and the next one is for 5,000 contributions (Silver).
No, contributions on one WikiAnswers account can not be added to - or merged with - any other WikiAnswers user account. In other words, the contribution count to each of the 6 WikiAnswers sites is separate; there is no shortcut to a "central" place of keeping tabs on your contributions to the various sites.(See the Related question for information on how to become a Linguist.)
Questions such as the one above lead to debate and argument. Neither is permitted on WikiAnswers. So to prevent the obvious direction answer contributions would take because of an opinion based question, the question will be removed when discovered, and those who violate the rules of WikiAnswers contributing to it may be corrected.
Look on your Profile page. You will see your activity listed below, on the main page of Activity. It can be a little difficult to find one particular question, but they are all there.
Its not just one person who answers the question its everyone who wants to help in WikiAnswers if that answers your question?

There can be, yes- if it is a yes or no question. However, WikiAnswers encourages you to provide a bit of additional information.
The best question to ask the WikiAnswers community is one that is straightforward, and one that has a straightforward answer. The less that is needed to be explained, the better chance your question will be answered.

You should ask WikiAnswers anything you want. A good question to ask is one that is grammatically correct, and error-free with good spelling, and one that can be interpreted by pretty much anyone. As long as the average user can interpret what you are saying, it is a good question to ask WikiAnswers. There isn't a such thing as a stupid question here on WikiAnswers.
If you're on a static IP, and can find at least one question you asked, then by clicking on 'Question History' and the IP itself, it will show you all contributions made by that IP. If you're on a dynamic IP though, there's no way for wikianswers to 'know' that you on one IP is the same person as you on another IP. That's one benefit of registering an account, so that you have easy access to all your contributions.
It was probably decided that this question adds no value to WikiAnswers because no one really knows what it takes to become famous; most of it is luck.
