If you're on a static IP, and can find at least one question you asked, then by clicking on 'Question History' and the IP itself, it will show you all contributions made by that IP.
If you're on a dynamic IP though, there's no way for wikianswers to 'know' that you on one IP is the same person as you on another IP. That's one benefit of registering an account, so that you have easy access to all your contributions.
